These are images from my laboratory for Alfred Nobel. In Nobel's laboratory I included sections of 'fire' to allude to his work with explosives. I could not find a 'fire' texture within Unreal Tournament so simulated it by using a 'lava' texture and orange lights. I also attempted to give the inside of Nobel's laboratory a hollowed out feel as dynamite creates space within solid objects.

This is an image from Alfred Nobel and Jacques-Yves Cousteau's meeting space. It shows where the two ramps enter into the meeting space, and a bench like structure providing a place for the two scientists to relax. The large windows create a feeling of being surrounded by open space to encourage fresh thinking.

These are images from my laboratory for Jacques-Yves Cousteau. The laboratory references the word 'observation' from Cousteau's quote by providing observation platforms, windows opening to the outside world and an eye-catching wall detail. The central cube in the laboratory not only provides an interesting detail within the laboratory design but also houses a 'pool' where Cousteau can develop his ideas regarding the ocean.
