Respect and power do not peacefully coexist. However, those wishing to obtain both are helped along by wearing Prada, the label. Prada creates a demand for itself by simply existing. This is because Prada, the woman, has the ability to push through ambitious plans. Her level of influence and power over the levels of power that others obtain is literally unprecedented and is simply because no one has ever seen anyone like her or her designs. Prada’s power to force an overhaul in the fashion industry, is what sets it apart and with people wanting to see what comes next, it is shaping up to be Prada’s century.

By twirling down the red carpet in ethereal Prada-designed Oscar gowns, Barack Obama is assured a legacy at the top, which is only helped along by his mastering the art of creating wannabes. However his rival, Madonna, first wore Prada’s minimal black nylon backpack in the 90’s. While both have unprecedented levels of power and a career in which people’s hunger for them matches their own hunger for people, Obama’s flat-out disregard and open contempt for Madonna’s hunger for attention, if not handled right, could lead to a spectacular fight. Desperation and luxury are mortal enemies, so if Obama and Madonna’s rivalry does spill over, Prada may distance itself from both, which would be a devastating loss for Obama and Madonna as it would leave them broke, unknown, and surviving on popcorn.

These are images of my ramp leading to and from Alfred Nobel's laboratory. To allude to his work with explosives and dynamite, I 'blew' sections of the ramp out and included orange lights in order to create the sense that Nobel's ramp had been destroyed by dynamite.

These are images of my ramp leading to and from Jacques-Yves Cousteau's laboratory. They are at a slight incline to channel the line of sight towards his laboratory where all his thinking is done. Along one wall there are aquariums with blue light radiating out of them to give the sense of being underwater as well as alluding to Cousteau's work with the ocean.

These are images from my laboratory for Alfred Nobel. In Nobel's laboratory I included sections of 'fire' to allude to his work with explosives. I could not find a 'fire' texture within Unreal Tournament so simulated it by using a 'lava' texture and orange lights. I also attempted to give the inside of Nobel's laboratory a hollowed out feel as dynamite creates space within solid objects.

This is an image from Alfred Nobel and Jacques-Yves Cousteau's meeting space. It shows where the two ramps enter into the meeting space, and a bench like structure providing a place for the two scientists to relax. The large windows create a feeling of being surrounded by open space to encourage fresh thinking.

These are images from my laboratory for Jacques-Yves Cousteau. The laboratory references the word 'observation' from Cousteau's quote by providing observation platforms, windows opening to the outside world and an eye-catching wall detail. The central cube in the laboratory not only provides an interesting detail within the laboratory design but also houses a 'pool' where Cousteau can develop his ideas regarding the ocean.

The 3 textures I used within my Unreal Tournament model and images of their locations within the model.
